The restored farmhouse combines original wooden beams and stone walls with the comfort of a carefully renovated home.

With six double bedrooms and six bathrooms, it sleeps 10-12 people and is ideal for families and friends sharing a summer together.

Generous living areas open onto terraces made for long lunches and evening aperitivos as the light softens over the valley.

    Life outdoors

Whether you come for a summer holiday or one of the seasonal retreats, the house offers space to rest, reconnect and enjoy long days outdoors. The large pool enjoys uninterrupted sun throughout the day, while shaded seating areas and a spacious yoga deck are set discreetly among the trees.

Children move freely between garden and water, while adults settle into the slower rhythm of Italian country life. Evenings often end on the terrace with a glass of local wine to enjoy the breathtaking views as the valley grows quiet and the cicadas begin.

    Comfort and space to gather

The house is designed for comfort as much as atmosphere. A spacious country kitchen invites cooking with produce from local markets, while indoor and outdoor dining tables create space for long shared meals.

Throughout the garden you will find quiet corners for reading, conversation or afternoon shade. Air-conditioned bedrooms and generous common spaces make the house equally suited to lively family gatherings and peaceful moments alone.

Between the mountains and the sea

Perfectly positioned between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic coast, the house offers endless opportunities to explore. Swim in the warm Adriatic waters, attend the summer opera festival in Macerata, discover medieval villages, or simply stay close to home and enjoy local wines and market produce.

Often described as “the farming Tuscany,” Le Marche offers the same rolling hills, rich food culture and deep-rooted traditions – but with fewer crowds.

Casale la Quercia is a place to gather well, live beautifully, and experience Italy just as it is meant to be experienced.

In a secluded green valley just outside the ancient Roman village of Treia lies Casale la Quercia. Surrounded by 500-year-old oak trees, olive groves and tall cypresses, the house sits in a landscape that feels both expansive and deeply peaceful, with breathtaking views over rolling hills, the Adriatic sea and dramatic Apennine mountains.

The setting recalls Tuscany – yet here in Marche, the pace is slower and the country remains wonderfully undiscovered.

Casale la Quercia is available for private rental throughout the year, with the house most often enjoyed during the summer months when the landscape is at its most vibrant and the long days invite outdoor living.
